About the Role
We are currently looking for an energetic 2D Animation Instructor who can introduce and guide kids aged 6-13 through the mesmerizing world of animation. The perfect candidate should possess a deep passion for animation, a strong understanding of teaching techniques, and an innate ability to connect with children.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and deliver lesson plans that introduce students to the foundational concepts of animation
Create a dynamic, fun, and inclusive learning environment
Use various animation tools and software to demonstrate techniques
Assess and provide constructive feedback on student projects
Organize group activities and encourage collaborative learning
Engage with parents to provide updates on student progress and areas of improvement

Requirements
Proven experience in the field of animation and use of Aseprite
Previous teaching or mentoring experience, especially with children in the 6-13 age bracket
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Familiarity with popular animation software suitable for beginners
